On-line and telephonically, a fee of $50.00 is required for each client. Upon successful
completion of the counseling session, a certificate of completion will be issued.
This certificate will meet the requirements of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and
Consumer Protection Act.
The fee for our office counseling is $50.00 per individual or $75.00 for
married couples with the first to use our service being charged $50.00
and the second being charged $25.00.

or $75.00 for married couples with the first to use our service being charged $50.00
and the second being charged $25.00.

Any client may request a waiver of the counseling fee. Approval
of the waiver is
based in part on the following criteria and will be made by management on a case by case basis. Please contact us at (888)415-8173
for instructions on this process.
- Household income is less that 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines issued by the
Department of Health and Human Services annually (see chart below)
- Client is receiving pro bono legal representation for their bankruptcy filing.
