Refunds can be requested before completion of program. If program is completed prior to the request, then refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Once payment has been authorized for a session, access is granted immediately to the session for a registered user. If a payment is mailed to Allen Credit and Debt Counseling Agency, we will notify you immediately upon receipt of payment that access to the session has been granted.
